Can I change or cancel my order?
We will do our very best to accommodate any changes, however we begin packing your order promptly once it's been submitted, so are limited in our ability to make changes. To start that process, email us right away at hello@bio-first.com. We typically respond within 12 hours, during working hours. -
Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion like Free Shipping?
You can use a promo code along with free shipping when your order total meets our Free Shipping minimum as stated and applies to your shipping location. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate product code. -

I have a promo code - how can I use it?
